A rare and identifiable piece of US Marine Corps history: An original M1 Helmet Liner used at The Basic School (TBS)in Quantico, Virginia. This is the institution where every Marine Officer is trained to be a rifle platoon commander. The liner features a high-gloss finish with a distinctive white tactical stripe and the TBS Unit Crest decal (reading "Esprit, Leadership, Knowledge"). The rear features a hand-painted roster number 350.

Harper. The rig consists of a 1960s-produced steel pot (McCord) paired with a Korean War era fiberglass liner (Micarta) – a classic configuration for Vietnam. The liner boasts a beautiful crazed exterior patina and an original pinned rank insignia on the front. A superb named piece ready for research!

Distinct from standard issue wool berets, this multi-panel cotton construction was designed specifically for the rigors of jungle warfare in Southeast Asia. This example is in lightly used condition with no damage, retaining its original shape. Size is approximately 52 (Small).

An authentic U.S. Army Pamphlet (PAM 350-12) issued in May 1967, right in the thick of the Vietnam War. Titled "Guide for Squad Leaders," this manual was essential reading for NCOs. It focuses on the psychological and practical aspects of leading men in combat, maintaining discipline, and building a cohesive squad. A fantastic historical reference and display piece for Vietnam War reenactors and militaria collectors.

A unicorn for vintage collectors and reenactors with larger heads: An original Vietnam War era US Army Field Grade Officer's Service Cap. This cap features the distinctive gold bullion oak leaf embroidery on the visor (commonly known as "Scrambled Eggs"), designating the rank of Major through Colonel. Manufactured by Berkshire De Luxe as a high-quality private purchase item. The size is an incredibly rare 7 3/4 (approx. 62 cm). Finding vintage headgear in this size is exceptionally difficult. Condition is excellent/very good.
