Description

The classic "Unit One" bag carried by Combat Medics and Combat Lifesavers (CLS).

Design: The M3 Bag features a tri-fold design that opens to reveal three separate zippered compartments for organizing medical supplies.
Material: Made from heavy-duty impregnated cotton/nylon duck, offering superior water resistance compared to early canvas models. Stamped with US markings and NSN on the top flap.
Accessories: Includes the correct, original shoulder strap attached via D-rings.
Condition: NOS (New Old Stock). Never issued. Please note: There are some soil stains/discoloration inside the large pocket due to long-term storage, but the exterior is clean and hardware is functional.
