Description

A rare find in this condition. This is an original USMC / USGI Wool Sleeping Bag (Mountain M1949 style variant) dating back to the Korea/Vietnam era.

Condition: Unissued / New Old Stock. Unlike most surplus bags that are moth-eaten or soiled, this example is crisp, clean, and ready for use or display.
Design: Features a durable OG-107 cotton poplin outer shell bonded to a heavy wool blanket lining. This "old school" construction provides excellent warmth and durability.
Features: Equipped with a heavy-duty metal zipper that runs the full length. This allows the bag to be opened completely flat, functioning as a large camp blanket.
Markings: Stamped with a large "U.S." on the outer shell.
