US Army M-51 Trousers (1950s) Original | Korean War | Wool/Cotton | Size Large-Regular
Description
A true collector's gem: The legendary predecessor to the M-65. Original US Army M-1951 Field Trousers, dating back to the Korean War era (1950s). This pair is in pristine NOS (New Old Stock) condition – unissued and unworn.
The M-51 trousers are distinctively heavier and warmer than later models, constructed from a robust Wool/Cotton blend(Serge) designed for cold climates. This pair features the period-correct aluminum zipper (silver color), a distinctive detail of early Cold War gear. Includes external buttons for suspenders and leg ties inside the cargo pockets. The stamp bears the early "Stock No." format.
