A crucial detail for serious US gear collectors! Up for sale is an original, unissued US Army waist strap (webbing only) designed for the first-generation ALICE pack frame (LC-1). This specific early model is highly sought after because its attachment method is a direct carryover from the Vietnam-era Lightweight Rucksacks. The strap consists of two halves; each half threads through the side loops of the ALICE frame and secures back onto itself using metal rings and a snap fastener. Contract dated 1981, perfectly unissued (NOS).
