Original US JSLIST Chemical Protective Coat (3-Color Desert) | Large-Regular
Description
The legendary "MOPP suit" from the sands of Iraq.
-
JSLIST System: The Joint Service Lightweight Integrated Suit Technology replaced the heavier, older BDO suits. This jacket became highly recognizable during the early stages of Operation Iraqi Freedom.
-
Design Features: Includes an integrated hood, heavy-duty closures, and a handy sleeve pocket. The outershell is a tough 50% Nylon / 50% Cotton blend, housing the specialized JSLIST liner material.
-
Authentic Surplus: The tag clearly shows a 2007 contract by Readyone Industries. The large permanent marker 'X' across the label is a standard military demilitarization mark, showing the suit exceeded its chemical shelf life and was relegated to training/surplus.
-
Condition & Sizing: Nice used surplus condition. Size Large-Regular. Keep in mind these are designed to be worn over a standard combat uniform, so the fit is intentionally oversized and baggy.
