Unlike the standard issue IIFS Grenadier Vests which had sewn-on pockets, this pouch is fully modular and attaches via ALICE clips to a pistol belt or pack. This configuration was favored by Special Forces and units requiring a lighter, customizable loadout. It holds three 40mm rounds for the M203 launcher, secured by heavy-duty snap buttons. Faint US contract markings are visible on the webbing.

Produced in 1990 in the iconic 6-Color Desert ("Chocolate Chip") camouflage. This vest represents the pinnacle of "Old Gen" tactical nylon, famously used by Tier 1 units (Delta Force, DEVGRU) during Operation Desert Storm.
