Unlike standard duffels, this bag features padded backpack straps for heavy loads and a fully organized interior. The inside walls are lined with rows of retention loops, suggesting it was originally designed as a large Medical Bag or for EOD/Breaching tools. Features the classic black and gold label. Condition: Used, shows soil marks, structural integrity is excellent.

It features the rare early black NBC (Nuclear, Biological, Chemical) cap, which is complete with its original, intact retaining strap connecting it to the canteen neck. The canteen comes with a unique nylon M-1967 cover (1972 contract) with metal snaps, a fascinating transitional piece leading to the ALICE LC-1 standard.
