Manufactured by Survival Armor, this set features the HML3000 Level IIIA package. Unlike basic sets, this listing includes all 6 components: Front and Back panels, two side cummerbund panels, and the often-missing shoulder strap inserts. Date of Manufacture: 11/18/2015.
