Description

An exceptional find for the Vietnam War collector. While the design dates back to WWII, this USMC M1941 Field Pack System was produced in 1965 specifically for the conflict in Vietnam.

Completeness: Includes both the Upper Pack (Haversack) and the matching Lower Pack (Knapsack). Finding a matching set in this condition is becoming increasingly difficult.
Markings: The distinct DSA 1-4835-65-E contract number is crisply stamped on the flap, clearly dating the manufacture to 1965.
Condition: Mint / Unissued (NOS). The OD green canvas retains its original stiffness and vibrant color. There is no fading, rot, or field wear. All straps, buckles, and coupling components are intact and functional.
