This is a "build-your-own" kit, allowing the operator to customize the concealment pattern. It includes the lightweight base parka and trousers (Size XL, Made in USA), along with rolls of netting, burlap/jute garnishing, tan Fastex buckles, zip ties, and Seam Grip adhesive. Housed in a compression stuff sack.

This coat is richly adorned with its original patches: the left shoulder bears the prestigious "Scroll" of the elite 75th Ranger Regiment, the sleeves have Specialist 4 (SPC) rank chevrons, and a 3-year Service Stripe ("hash mark"). Inside the chest, you can clearly see the "ghosting" marks where the soldier's metal pin-on badges and ribbon racks were once proudly displayed. Made of a high-quality poly/wool blend.
