The set comes from the estate of a Special Forces member named Norton who served in the US. Army from Vietnam to the 1990s. Used but nice condition. A scarce piece of late Vietnam War era web gear: The M14 "Nylon Duck" Magazine Pouch. Unlike the common canvas M1956 pouches, this nylon variant (associated with the M1967 MLCE/ALICE transition) is highly sought after because M14 gear was rarely produced in nylon once the M16 became standard. Contract dated 1972 (DSA100-72-C-0319). Condition is lightly used, featuring the soldier's name "WINK" hand-written on the lid.
