Manufactured by Berkshire De Luxe as a high-quality private purchase item. The size is an incredibly rare 7 3/4 (approx. 62 cm). Finding vintage headgear in this size is exceptionally difficult.     The set consists of Overseas Cap, jacket and trousers. All with year of production 1942. Boat is size 7 1/4. Jacket does not show size, but fits approximately a size Small. Pants are in unused condition with the stock tag still attached. The label says Size - 16, Waist 34, Height 5-8.

    "Aussie made" uniforms were very popular with members of the First Marine Division in the early part of the war when there were not enough US made uniforms.

    The trousers are size 32x31R.
