An extremely rare, authentic World War II U.S. Military camouflage Jungle Pack. Features the highly desirable "Frogskin" (or Jungle Spot) camouflage pattern. Manufactured by Hinson Mfg. Co. with an exceptionally crisp 1943 date stamp. This is a true Pacific theater veteran that exhibits honest, heavy field wear, including several period snags, tears, and holes. A must-have display piece for serious Pacific War collectors.

Description

A piece of US camouflage history with real combat character.

  • Camouflage & Fabric: Heavy canvas printed with the iconic Frogskin camo. The pack shows its history proudly with fading, scuffs, and several distinct holes/tears through the fabric, indicative of harsh jungle or combat conditions.

  • Design: Features a large main compartment with a top flap, integrated adjustable shoulder straps, and side webbing straps for attaching gear like a machete or entrenching tool.

  • Markings: The absolute highlight is under the top flap—a bold, dark, and perfectly legible manufacturer stencil reading "HINSON MFG. CO. / 1943".

  • Condition: "Salty" and field-used. Despite the fabric damage, the structural webbing and hardware are intact, making it a stellar mannequin display piece.
