A pristine example of essential WWII logistics gear. This is the Plywood Packboard, designed to carry heavy loads like ammunition crates, radios, and rations over difficult terrain.

Provenance: The rear face is clearly stamped with the contract details and the date JUNE 1944. The front features a crisp "U.S." heat stamp.
Condition: The condition is very nice. The plywood retains its structural integrity and finish with minimal edge wear. The canvas back pad is clean and tight.
Features: Includes all original metal roping hooks along the sides and the metal bracket at the bottom for the optional quick-release cargo shelf.
