The "One" that made history.

Unit History: The 1st Infantry Division is the oldest continuously serving division in the US Army. During WWII, they spearheaded some of the toughest campaigns, including North Africa, Sicily, the brutal D-Day landings at Omaha Beach, the Hürtgen Forest, and the Battle of the Bulge.
Design: The patch features a striking, minimalist design: a large red numeral "1" centered on an Olive Drab shield.
WWII Construction: This piece exhibits all the hallmarks of 1940s production. It is fully machine-embroidered, features an un-merrowed flat "Cut Edge," and the reverse displays the classic white return thread, commonly referred to by collectors as a "snowy back".
