A scarce and highly desirable piece of Airborne history. This is an original US Army Glider Qualification Badge, awarded to soldiers who completed the perilous glider training course during WWII.

  • Insignia: Distinct from the standard Parachutist wings, this badge features a military glider superimposed on the wings. These badges represent the brave "Glider Riders" of major operations like D-Day and Operation Varsity.

  • Construction: Made of high-quality silver, the reverse is clearly stamped "STERLING".
