A highly desirable Early WWII M1 Helmet configuration. The steel shell features the classic Fixed Bale loops and Front Seam stainless steel rim, dating it to the early war production blocks. The liner (made by IMP) is finished in a high-gloss parade lacquer and adorned with the decals of the 26th "Yankee" Infantry Division and the 101st Infantry Regiment.

A "Steel Pot" with identity and history.

  • The Shell: Classic McCord production with a low heat stamp number visible (approx. 30C/130C) inside the front. Features the sought-after rectangular fixed bales.

  • The Liner: International Molded Plastics Inc. Features a varnished "Garrison" finish.

  • Unit Markings:

    • Left: "YD" (Yankee Division) diamond insignia.

    • Right: 101st Infantry Regiment crest ("Semper Paratus").

  • Condition Report: Shell has honest wear. The liner shows stress cracks and peeling of the thick lacquer finish due to age. Webbing appears to be original khaki.
