A must-have piece for any M1 Carbine owner or serious US militaria collector.

The Blade: The spear-point blade is in fantastic condition, retaining the vast majority of its original dark parkerized finish without harsh sharpening marks.
Markings & Handle: The crossguard is crisply stamped "U.S. M4 / UTICA" alongside the Ordnance Department "Flaming Bomb" proof mark. The handle features the classic early-style stacked leather washers, which are tight and in excellent shape. The dual-release latch in the pommel is fully functional.
The Scabbard: Comes with the correct U.S. M8A1 scabbard featuring the M1910 wire belt hanger. The metal throat is stamped U.S. M8A1 / B.M. CO..
Condition: Vintage Surplus. Excellent overall condition.
