A prime display piece for any serious M1 Carbine enthusiast.

Blade & Markings: The blade retains much of its original dark parkerized finish and a sharp factory profile. The underside of the crossguard is boldly stamped "U.S. M4 / CAMILLUS" alongside the Ordnance Department "flaming bomb".
Handle & Pommel: Features tightly stacked and grooved leather washers. The latching pommel displays the iconic "sunburst" or "star" pattern peen, a definitive hallmark of Camillus manufacturing.
The Scabbard: Includes the earlier-style U.S. M8 fiberglass scabbard. Marked "U.S. M8 / B.M. CO." on the metal throat. It features the canvas belt loop without the later M1910 wire hook addition and still retains its lower tie-down lace.
Condition: Vintage Surplus / Excellent.
