A highly collectible US M4 Bayonet manufactured by the famous CASE cutlery company. Designed for the M1 Carbine. Included is the correct M8A1 scabbard made by BM CO (Beckwith Manufacturing). The bayonet is in used condition. Condition Note: As is common with vintage leather-handled knives, the washers have dried and shrunk over time. This has resulted in the crossguard becoming loose (wobbly).

A desirable maker mark for the M1 Carbine collector.

Maker: Case (Marked on the crossguard). Case M4s are often valued higher than other contractors due to brand reputation.
Scabbard: Standard issue M8A1 composition scabbard by Beckwith Mfg (BM CO).
Handle: Stacked leather washers.
Condition Report: Blade shows honest wear. The guard is loose due to the natural shrinkage of the leather grip stack, a typical characteristic of unrestored originals.
