A fantastic detail piece for collectors or the perfect finishing touch for your military surplus footlocker or transit case: a genuine, massive American Lock - Series 5200 padlock. This is real-deal "Government Issue" hardware. The back of the lock features the official military deep stamping: UNE 04 (Manufactured June 2004), SERIES 5200, and a large "US". The lock features a brass-tone hardened steel finish and is in absolutely pristine, unissued condition (New Old Stock). On our rarity scale, this is a solid 4/10. While commercial 5200 series locks are common, finding an original US Army stamped piece from 2004 in perfect NOS condition with its original keys is getting quite difficult.
