ndestructible vintage kitchenware from the US Army chow lines. Officially a Dough Cutter, this tool is highly prized today by BBQ enthusiasts for cleaning griddles and flat-top grills.

Markings: Clearly stamped U.S. and SMP. Likely dates to the Korean or Vietnam War era.
Build: Features a thick carbon steel blade securely riveted to a solid wood handle.
Condition: Vintage NOS. Shows surface oxidation/rust from decades of storage, which is typical for this type of steel. It needs a good scrub and seasoning (like a cast iron skillet) to be ready for action.
