This is the Falcon Chest Harness by S.O.Tech (Special Operations Technologies), featuring the desirable "Los Angeles, CA" label. The National Molding buckles are date-coded to 2003. The rig features an authentic "Combat Mod": one magazine flap has been deliberately cut off to facilitate a high-speed reload for the primary magazine.
