Provenance: The label clearly marks it as MSA PARACLETE with the model number RCV-P-D19-S. Paraclete gear is synonymous with Tier 1 units like Delta Force during the GWOT era.
Design: This is a Concealment Vest carrier featuring a slick profile and wide elastic hook-and-loop side straps for a snug, secure fit close to the body.
