The blouse features extensive rigger modifications, most notably a full mesh back panel for ventilation and drainage, along with Black Velcro fields and repositioned pockets. A survival whistle dated 2000 was found in the shoulder pocket and is included. Trousers are modified with Velcro closures (replacing buttons) and added drainage grommets.

Unlike standard duffels, this bag features padded backpack straps for heavy loads and a fully organized interior. The inside walls are lined with rows of retention loops, suggesting it was originally designed as a large Medical Bag or for EOD/Breaching tools. Features the classic black and gold label.
