Dating to a 2007 contract, they feature a 50/50 NyCo outershell with an integrated carbon liner, built-in suspenders, and cargo pockets. Highly desirable Size Large-Regular. The trousers are in nice used condition; the large black 'X' on the label indicates they were officially decommissioned from active chemical protection duty. An awesome, bulky piece for GWOT collectors and OIF reenactors! (Disclaimer: Sold strictly as a collectible/surplus item, provides NO actual NBC protection).

Description

The lower half of the legendary "MOPP suit" from the sands of Iraq.

JSLIST System: The Joint Service Lightweight Integrated Suit Technology. These trousers became highly recognizable during the early stages of Operation Iraqi Freedom, designed to be worn quickly over standard combat uniforms.
Design Features: Includes integrated adjustable suspenders, large cargo pockets, and velcro ankle closures to easily fit over combat boots. The outershell is a tough 50% Nylon / 50% Cotton blend, housing the specialized JSLIST liner material.
Authentic Surplus: The tag clearly shows a 2007 contract by Readyone Industries. The permanent marker 'X' across the label is a standard military demilitarization mark, showing the suit exceeded its chemical shelf life.
Condition & Sizing: Nice used surplus condition. Size Large-Regular. Keep in mind these are overgarments, so the fit is intentionally oversized and baggy to accommodate clothing underneath.

Unlike the common OG-107 utility trousers, these solid tan pants were produced in smaller quantities, typically for OPFOR (Opposing Forces) training or early rapid deployment units in the late 70s. This pair features the contract number DSA100-76-C-0093, dating them to 1976. Made from durable 50% Cotton / 50% Nylon. They feature the classic 6-pocket layout with cargo pockets.
