A scarce piece of modern history. This authentic Bundeswehr Tropical Undershirt was issued to the 1st German Contingent deployed to Slovakia in 2022 to strengthen NATO's eastern flank.

The Mission: The back print features "MN AMD TF SVK" (Multinational Air & Missile Defense Task Force) and a silhouette of the Patriot Missile System over a map of Slovakia. It also displays the crest of the Slovak Sliač Airbase (Tri Duby).
Unit: Marked "Bodendienstgeräte" (Ground Support Equipment), worn by technical ground crews.
Base Item: High-quality moisture-wicking tropical shirt ("Unterhemd, Tropen") manufactured by Capilano in 03/2017. Features German flags on sleeves and Velcro for rank/name.
