This is a complete USGI 2-Quart Desert Canteen Set that bridges two major eras of US military history. The set includes:

  1. The Canteen: A rare Desert Tan collapsible bladder stamped "U.S. 1993". This dates it to the Black Hawk Down / Somalia era.

  2. The Cover: An insulated nylon pouch in Desert Tan, manufactured by UNICOR with a 2003 contract date(SPO100-03-F-EB03), aligning with the invasion of Iraq. Features a pile-lined interior, front pocket, and ALICE clips.

  3. The Strap: Includes the standard adjustable shoulder sling. Condition: Lightly used. Fully functional with minor signs of wear typical of surplus gear.
