The set comes from the estate of a Special Forces member named Norton who served in the US. Army from Vietnam to the 1990s. Used but nice condition. Uniform is ironed and has dry cleaner's tags on it.
A complete black BDU uniform set (Coat & Trousers) acquired from the estate of a US Army Special Forces soldier. Black uniforms like this were typically unit-purchased for OPFOR (Opposing Force) role-play or counter-terrorism training. Manufactured by Starr Mountain Sportswear. The condition is exceptional – unlike most surplus black gear which fades to grey, this set retains its deep, saturated black color. Size Medium - Regular.
A scarce piece of late Vietnam War era web gear: The M14 "Nylon Duck" Magazine Pouch. Unlike the common canvas M1956 pouches, this nylon variant (associated with the M1967 MLCE/ALICE transition) is highly sought after because M14 gear was rarely produced in nylon once the M16 became standard. Contract dated 1972 (DSA100-72-C-0319). Condition is lightly used, featuring the soldier's name "WINK" hand-written on the lid.
