A legendary piece of military surplus: The French TAP 47/56 Paratrooper Jacket. Issued to Airborne troops and the French Foreign Legion during the Algerian War. Made from heavy-duty Herringbone Twill (HBT) cotton in olive drab. It features the classic four-pocket layout with snap closures and a heavy metal front zipper. While the internal tag is missing/faded, measurements indicate a size Large. The zippers are fully functional. A highly collectible and wearable vintage jacket.
