For sale is a Brand New / Unissued West German Bundeswehr Side Cap (Schiffchen). This is the classic Cold War era design made from heavy-duty Moleskin cotton in olive drab. Rare Find: The standout feature is the Size 61. Surplus caps in this size are incredibly difficult to find, as most stocks are small sizes. Produced in 1990 by the renowned Bamberger Mützen-Industrie, just around the time of German Reunification. Features the stitched German tricolor cockade. Condition: Mint / NOS.
