Up for sale is a genuine piece of military history with incredible character. This US Army M65 Field Jacket is a 1983 contract by John Ownbey Co. It features a highly collectible transition-era zipper configuration: a heavy-duty brass Scovill main zipper paired with a plastic Robin zipper for the concealed hood. The jacket has a beautiful, light vintage patina and features authentic soldier customization with "Big Jim" written in marker across the back. Included is a 2003 contract quilted liner (size XL) that buttons right in, making this coat ready for winter weather.
