For sale is a true piece of military history: an original US Army M65 Field Jacket (Coat, Cold Weather, Field, OG-107). This is not a commercial reproduction. It is a highly desirable government-manufactured piece produced directly by the Defense Personnel Support Center (Contract No. 9031-83) in 1983. The jacket is in unissued Deadstock (NOS) condition. The classic olive green fabric (50% Nylon / 50% Cotton) is crisp and retains its original body. The incredible added value for USAF and military surplus collectors is the rare, complete, period-correct USAF patching. Patches include:

• Name tape and U.S. AIR FORCE tape.

• Rank insignia on both sleeves.

• Two USAF command patches on the upper pockets.

• Large USAF insignia patch on the right chest. This jacket features the coveted "all-brass" GENERAL zipperconfiguration: both the heavy-duty main zipper and the concealed hood zipper in the collar are solid brass, branded GENERAL.
