Description

For sale is a highly unusual and collectible Factory Test Sample / Prototype knife from the legendary Ontario Knife Company. With the recent closure of OKC's US manufacturing facility, American-made pieces have become highly sought after. What makes this special:

  • Factory Error / Test Stamps: The ricasso shows clear evidence of tooling setup. The words "U.S. ONTARIO"and "COMBAT" are double and triple-stamped over each other, marking this as an internal factory test piece.

  • Classic Build: Features a beautiful traditional stacked leather handle with colored spacers, a solid brass guard, and a brass pommel.

  • Carry System: Includes a heavy-duty modern OKC nylon sheath with "18 89" stamped on the snap closure.Condition: Unused / Mint. The blade has original factory edge.
