Description

Up for sale is the legendary M9 combat knife and bayonet, that defined the era of operations in Iraq and Afghanistan. This specific piece was manufactured in the year 2000 by the renowned American firm Ontario Knife Co. (OKC), evidenced by clear stampings on both the blade and scabbard, and the date code on the ITW Nexus buckle. The bayonet features an Olive Drab handle and scabbard with a black phosphatized blade. The knife is in Mint / Unissued / New Old Stock (NOS) condition – it has never been sharpened, field-carried, and shows only minimal scabbard insertion marks, which proves its authenticity. It comes complete with the scabbard featuring the wire-cutter system, built-in sharpening stone on the back, and quick-release Fastex belt hanger. Given that OKC permanently closed its USA factory in 2023, this is a highly prized investment piece whose value, especially in Europe, is skyrocketing. This is not a commercial copy, but a genuine military contract item.
