A definitive piece of Cold War Marine Corps history. Unlike standard Army covers, this one features the official branch insignia.

The EGA Mark: Front and center is the black heat-transfer Eagle, Globe, and Anchor logo, officially marking it as USMC property.
Provenance: Dated 1983 via contract DLA100-83-F-CA78. This dates the cover to the exact era of Operation Urgent Fury (Grenada), where Marines still utilized the M1 Steel Pot before transitioning to the PASGT.
Maker: Manufactured by Minneapolis Society for the Blind.
