A fantastic piece of USMC training history from the transitional era. This is a 1980 dated RDF (Rapid Deployment Force) Camouflage Coat worn by an Officer Candidate.

Provenance: The jacket features the distinctive white name tapes stenciled with "TRAFTON" on the chest and a large identifier across the upper back. This high-visibility marking is specific to the Officer Candidate School (OCS/OCC) at Quantico, allowing Drill Instructors to identify candidates instantly.

Specs: Contract DLA100-80-C-2295 dates it to 1980. Made of 100% Cotton by Selma Apparel Corp.
