Description

This is an authentic USGI 2-Quart Canteen Cover in pristine, unissued condition. Dated 1982 and manufactured by Guida Clothing Co., Inc., this cover is a staple of Cold War era field gear. Designed to hold the collapsible bladder canteen, it features a fleece-lined interior to insulate the water content. The cover comes complete with its original adjustable nylon shoulder strap, often missing from surplus examples. It also features ALICE clips on the rear for belt attachment and a small front pocket for water purification tablets. Condition: Unused / New Old Stock.
