A pristine pair of the classic "black Cadillac" combat boots issued to US troops during the late Cold War era.

Specs: These are the Boots, Combat, Direct Molded Sole. They feature the Speed Lace system (eyelets and hooks) which was an upgrade over earlier Vietnam-era patterns.

Provenance: The collar is clearly stamped 9 1/2 W and dated 2-88 (February 1988).

Comfort: The size includes the "W" (Wide) width designation, providing extra room in the toe box compared to the standard Regular width.
