A fully loaded, high-ranking officer's uniform in a highly desirable size! Up for sale is a genuine U.S. Navy M81 Woodland BDU coat made of durable NYCO twill fabric. This coat belonged to a Commander (O-5) in the famed Seabees (Naval Construction Battalions). It is fully badged with all its original, subdued insignia, including rank, branch collar devices, two warfare qualification breast pins, and the large Seabees pocket patch. Comes in the rare and very wearable size of X-Large Regular.

Description

Premium Cold War era U.S. Navy gear.

  • Material & Condition: Made from the heavier NYCO twill (50% Nylon / 50% Cotton), ideal for temperate weather. The coat is in excellent, lightly used condition with strong, vibrant camouflage colors.

  • Insignia: The collar features a subdued silver oak leaf (Commander) and Civil Engineer Corps insignia. The chest is heavily decorated with the "SANDERS" name tape, "U.S. NAVY" branch tape, two stacked warfare qualification pins, and the iconic Seabee fighting bee patch on the left pocket.

  • Sizing: The intact inner tag confirms the size as X-LARGE REGULAR, perfect for larger builds.
