This is the highly sought-after 1st pattern featuring the oversized "Elvis" collar from the early 1980s. Style & Cut: This is an early 1980s 1st pattern BDU coat, instantly recognizable by the massive, oversized collar (affectionately known as the "Elvis collar" among collectors).
Patches: Features the original sewn-on "EDWARDS" name tape, "U.S. NAVY" branch tape, and the classic, large SEABEES fighting bee logo patch on the left chest pocket.
Condition: Used / Vintage. The coat shows honest field wear. The fabric itself is solid, but note that the interior specification and care tags are heavily faded/washed out from laundering.
