A museum-quality pair of footwear from the Korean War era. These are the M1948 Russet Combat Boots, the high-top lace-up design that became standard issue in the early 1950s.

  • Provenance: The interior stamping is crisp, identifying the manufacturer as General Shoe Corp. and the production date as Feb. 21, 1951.

  • Design: Rugged all-leather construction with a cap toe. They feature the correct period PANCO composition solesand heels.

  • Size: Marked as 7 EE, indicating an Extra Wide width, which is highly desirable and harder to find than standard widths.

  • Condition: Unissued / New Old Stock (NOS). The soles show no wear, and the leather shape is excellent.
