US Army Rain Coat - 1967

A distinct piece of Vietnam War era cutlery history: The Garcia Survival Knife. Manufactured in Brazil, this knife was produced as a lighter, more accessible successor to the Finnish Hackman Survival Knife, filling the void left by the scarcity of the Randall Model 18. It features a 3/16" stainless steel blade and a hollow, waterproof handle designed to store survival essentials like matches, hooks, or pills. Clearly marked with the Garcia logo and "BRAZIL". Comes with the original leather sheath.

Genuine US M7 Bayonet by Imperial. Rare chrome-plated finish for Honor Guard and ceremonial duties. Blade and handle hardware are chromed. Sold as bayonet only (no scabbard).

A pristine example of the most desirable private-purchase headgear in US Army history: The Morry Luxenberg "Green Beret". Sourced directly from the estate of Special Forces soldier "Norton" (service spanning Vietnam to the 1990s). Luxenberg berets, often Made in England, were prized by operators for their superior wool quality and "shaved" appearance. This item is Unissued/New Old Stock, retaining the rare plastic shield over the diamond logo with the original price sticker still attached. Size 7 1/8.

A classic piece of Vietnam War personal gear: The ERDL Camouflage Bib Scarf. Officially tagged as "INSIGNIA, BOS, SCARF, BIB-TYPE". This accessory was widely popular among troops (especially Special Forces and USMC) to prevent heavy gear straps from chafing the neck and to absorb sweat in the jungle heat. Made by Hallmark (Code G-23). Features snap button closure.

Pair of vintage US Army rank insignia. First Sergeant (E-8). Subdued (Black on OD Green). Desirable "Cut Edge" construction typical of the Vietnam War era.

Rare early Vietnam War "Lightweight Rucksack" (P64). Dated 1964. Fully complete with welded frame, cargo shelf, waist belt, and instruction sheet. Very good condition with one small 1cm tear on a pocket.

Shirt Man's, Cotton- Size 16 1/2 x 32. DSA Contract 100-68-C-1927. Navy. The "River Patrol Boat 518" patch is a reproduction.

Genuine 1964 dated OG-107 Cotton Sateen shirt. Type III (pointed pockets). Features stenciled name "E.E. Akers". Note: One broken button. Size fits like Small.

Unused Body Armor, Ground Troops, Variable Type vest with plates. Size Medium Long. Contract DSA 100-69-C-0548. Perfect unused condition. There is a small tear in the cotton fabric on the inside back see photo.

The vest was tested by the 1st Cavalry Division in Vietnam from January to May 1967, and although it was too heavy for foot mobile operations, it was recommended for personnel involved in escorting convoys and motorized patrols.
