A highly desirable Technical Manual (TM 9-1005-249-14) dated August 1966. This manual is a treasure trove for early Vietnam War collectors. It covers the maintenance and repair of the M16 and XM16E1 rifles, but its primary value lies in the inclusion of the XM148 40mm Grenade Launcher. The XM148 was an experimental, failure-prone predecessor to the M203, used briefly by US Special Forces. Original documentation for the XM148 is extremely scarce.

A true museum piece for the Vietnam War collector: An original "DRAFT COPY" of the Preliminary Operation and Maintenance Manual for the Submachine Gun, 5.56-MM, XM177E2. Published by Rock Island Arsenal in July 1967, this provisional manual was issued in very limited numbers to Special Operations units (MACV-SOG, Navy SEALs, LRRPs) alongside the first batches of the weapon. Unlike standard field manuals, this "Draft" represents the weapon's testing phase in combat.

A fantastic collector's piece from the late Vietnam War era: US Navy Inflatable Life Preserver, specification MIL-L-21047 (SHIPS). The stencil clearly dates the manufacture to APRIL 1973. Unlike many surplus vests, this one is in very nice, lightly used condition with vibrant markings and supple fabric. Comes complete with 4 CO2 cylinders installed.

A superb example of the scarce Rubberized M3 Medical Bag (Instrument and Supply Set No. 3). Manufactured by Eastern Canvas Products Inc., this waterproof variation was standard issue during the Korean War and early Vietnam era. Unlike many surviving examples, the rubberized fabric on this bag is supple and free of dry rot, and all zippers are fully functional. The kit comes loaded with vintage medical supplies, including boxed muslin bandages, Johnson & Johnson gauze, and a highly collectible glass bottle of Norwich Aspirin. A massive relic of electronic warfare in Vietnam: The AN/QSG-126 Detection Transmitting Set, Acoustic. This 15kg air-delivered sensor was designed to be dropped onto the Ho Chi Minh Trail to detect Viet Cong movement as part of the secret Operation Igloo White (McNamara Line). This is an Inert / Training example dated 1968. It remains in excellent condition with the stabilizing fins still taped for storage.

Exceptional named grouping (Shirt, Trousers, Cap) with matching Laundry Mark B0200X. Features a rare unit combination: 101st Airborne and the US Army Security Agency (ASA). Includes "In-country" made name tapes. This represents a specialist attached to SIGINT/Radio Research operations.
