We are offering the "Holy Grail" of Vietnam War uniforms – the 1st Pattern Jungle Fatigue Trousers. Produced for a very short period around 1963–1964, this early model was issued primarily to US Special Forces and Advisors in the early stages of the conflict.

  • 1st Pattern Features: Distinguished by exposed buttons on the cargo and back pockets. This feature was later removed in the 2nd pattern as buttons tended to snag on jungle vegetation.

  • Material: 100% Cotton Wind Resistant Poplin (Non-Ripstop). The fabric is smooth and dense, historically correct for the early war era.

  • Date: Manufactured in 1964.

  • Size Small Long: Hard-to-find long length. Designed for tall and slim frames (Height 71"+ / Waist 27-31").

  • Details: Includes button-adjustable waist tabs, leg drawstrings, and the internal gas flap.

  • Condition: Used condition, retaining great historical character.
