Description

An authentic piece of USMC mess hall equipment. This service ladle is designed for heavy-duty use in field kitchens.

Markings: Clearly stamped on the handle with "U.S.M.C." and the manufacturer's mark inside an oval (appears to be L.C.G. CORP).
Design: Features a long handle with the classic military "pot hook" curve. This ergonomic design allows the ladle to hang securely on the rim of deep pots or Marmite cans, preventing it from slipping into the soup or stew.
Condition: Used but nice. Shows honest wear from service but retains its shape and structural integrity.

Unlike the common OG-107 utility trousers, these solid tan pants were produced in smaller quantities, typically for OPFOR (Opposing Forces) training or early rapid deployment units in the late 70s. This pair features the contract number DSA100-76-C-0093, dating them to 1976. Made from durable 50% Cotton / 50% Nylon. They feature the classic 6-pocket layout with cargo pockets. Condition is lightly used and excellent.
