Vintage Vibro Shave Electric Razor | Art Deco Marbled Handle | 1930s USA
Description
This is a stunning example of early personal grooming technology and Art Deco design. The Vibro Shave was an electric razor that used standard safety blades but vibrated to assist the cutting action. The highlight of this piece is the beautiful red and black marbled handle (likely Catalin or Bakelite) topped with a bright chrome neck stamped "VIBRO SHAVE TRADE MARK". It comes complete with its original vintage twisted fabric power cord and plug adapter.
Disclaimer: Sold as a collectible display piece only. Due to the age of the wiring (approx. 80+ years), it should not be plugged into a power outlet.
